I tried again the same procedure but it didn’t work again.Select the winclonepackage.log and check for any errors. When the Open window comes up, press Command-Shift-g to open the Go To folder sheet, and enter in /tmp. To see that log, open Console and select File->Open. Then the external drive did not boot anymore A Winclone based package deployment depends on the postinstall script, and that scripts output does not go to the install log.Because I was confident I deleted the internal drive windows partition using the Bootcamp utility. So I used the external partition a few times, I setups office and other stuff. So yes I installed windows from scratch and moved it on the external drive before any other setups. So the image was on my external drive, I tried to boot on it, the windows logo appears but it never goes to the end, the boot always failed and the computer finally boots on MacOS.Bootcamp partition (NTFS) is mounted and visible in finder. So did the Mac book before the up date to Catalina. My mirror backup hard-drive SU has the same issue. Downloaded the free version and everything was fine, so I think something must have gone wonky on my install. Tried restarting the computer to no avail. Connection mainly does not occur) So are your '2 Macs (both running Catalina) 2016 onwards My older iPhone on 10.3.3 works fine and uploads to WD quickly. Fire up SU today and my entity info dialogue box is oddly truncated, even if I have it expanded, and it never shows the volume information. So I created an image than tried to restore it on my drive but it failed and this was my initial problem. Winclone 8.0 (46086) on Catalina official release is failing to show a selectable Boot Camp partition in Create Image from Volume. I am still having same issues with Mac book pro here, if I do connect the transfer speeds are about 2 megs a second.I tried Volume to volume but the block size of my External drive does not match.Step 5: Adjust the size of the Windows partition. Step 4: Click the Choose button and select the Windows ISO file downloaded to your Mac. So yes let me summerize (yours was good enough ) Step 3: Launch Boot Camp Assistant and click Continue. But for work I’de really need an external partition with windows. I found a temporary solution, so I am not in a hurry like I was. I don’t want to be refunded, I’de really like it to work. Yes I am frustrating, but not against you I understand that I am neither your only or your best customer, I just need some help.
